Handle outbound customer calls and explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for documentation, verification and loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan disbursement.
Build and maintain a strong customer database and sales pipeline.
Ensure proper customer communication and adherence to company policies.
Candidate Requirements
1+ year of experience in personal loan sales is preferred.
Experience banks, DSA or fintech companies will be an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of personal loan eligibility, documentation and sales processes.
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
