### 💼 Job Description

We are looking for Telesales Executives to join our growing EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their educational requirements, explaining our courses and programs, and converting leads into admissions.

### Key Responsibilities

• Call students/parents from the provided leads.

• Explain courses, programs, fees, and benefits.

• Understand the student's educational requirements and recommend suitable courses.

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.

• Handle queries and objections professionally.

• Convert qualified leads into admissions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/sales targets.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Coordinate with the counselling/admission team.

• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the admission process.

### 🎯 Skills Required

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good Hindi and basic English communication.

• Strong sales and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Confident personality with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• EdTech/telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

### 🎓 Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply.

### 💰 Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Performance Incentives
