We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive with experience in

An IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Solutions Company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers.

• Generate qualified leads for IT Infrastructure products and services.

• Understand customer requirements and explain company offerings effectively.

• Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.

• Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and call logs.

• Follow up on inquiries received through calls, emails, website, and social media.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and follow-ups.

• Prepare daily activity and lead status reports.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
