About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for sales. Freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers from the provided leads.

• Explain project details and property offerings to prospects.

• Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.

• Schedule site visits for interested clients.

• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain customer relationships.

• Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or real estate.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

• Good verbal communication in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

• Strong, convincing, and follow-up skills.
