Job Summary - We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with a passion for achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, Giving proper information through Cold Calling.  Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.  Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.  Schedule and conduct meetings and product demonstrations with clients.  Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.  Provide regular reports on business development activities and revenue forecasts.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

 6Months–2 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition. Preferred Skills

 Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

 Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

 Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
