Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in sales or customer handling. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
2. Explain company products/services and generate interest.
3. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
4. Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
6. Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM.
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
8. Handle objections and work towards closing deals.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 0-6 months of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
5. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
