Job Summary
Growth Assist Career Solutions is hiring a Business Development Executive responsible for lead generation, student counseling, and converting leads into admissions for online MBA and other online degree programs. The role involves calling prospective students, understanding their requirements, and successfully delivering admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students and explain online MBA and other online degree programs
Generate and manage leads provided by the company
Convince students and convert inquiries into successful admissions
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Update lead status and admission details in CRM / Excel
Coordinate with the documentation and support team for admission completion
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
Basic English communication required
Willingness to work in a target-based environment
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Incentive: ₹3,000 per admission
Monthly incentives (performance-based)
