About the Role

We are urgently looking for Telecalling Executives to join our team. Multiple calling processes are available, and candidates will be assigned to a suitable process based on their profile and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers/clients.

• Explain products, services, or processes clearly.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Follow up with customers as required.

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.

Requirements

• 12th pass and above can apply.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic Hindi and English communication preferred.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working in a target-based environment.

• Must be willing to work from office.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or Outbound Calling will be preferred.
