Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients generated through ads, portals, and walk-ins.Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about projects (1BHK/2BHK flats, pricing, location, amenities).Explain project details, payment plans, offers, and site visit process clearly.Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.Follow up regularly with interested leads and update lead status.Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel.Achieve daily call targets and lead conversion goals.Provide feedback on customer requirements and objections.Required Skills:Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Confident and polite telephone manner.Basic knowledge of real estate terminology (preferred).Ability to convince and handle objections.Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp).Qualification:Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).Prior experience in real estate telecalling is an advantage.Salary & Benefits:Fixed salary + attractive incentives.Performance-based bonuses.Training provided for freshers.
