We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at ADITYABIRLA HEALTH . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to generate and convert leads
Explain health insurance plans and benefits to customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
Ensure proper documentation and smooth policy issuance

Job Requirements:
