Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellors / Career Development Advisors to guide prospective students in selecting suitable online degree and certification programs. The role involves counselling, lead nurturing, admissions support, and achieving enrolment targets through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings.

• Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.

• Provide accurate guidance on online degree programs, universities, course structure, and career opportunities.

• Assist students throughout the admission process, from enquiry to final enrolment.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM systems.

• Build strong relationships with students and provide an excellent counselling experience.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and online education developments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or Online Degree Counselling.

• Experience in online higher education counselling will be preferred.

• Good knowledge of CRM tools such as LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Salary

₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
