Job Description

We are hiring Telecaller Executives for an immediate requirement. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing information, following up with customers, and maintaining accurate call records.

  • Languages Required:

  • Kannada – 5 openings

  • Tamil – 5

  • Telugu – 5

  • Qualification: PUC

  • Eligibility: Experienced Candidates

  • Salary: ₹14,000 per month

  3. Bajaj – Collections

  • Languages Required:

  • Kannada – 4

  • Tamil – 10

  • Qualification: Graduate

  • Eligibility: Freshers

  • Salary: ₹14,000 per month

  4. IDFC – Collections

  • Languages Required:

  • Kannada – 2

  • Tamil – 1

  • Telugu – 2

  • Malayalam – 5

  • Qualification: Graduate

  • Eligibility:Experienced candidates without experience letter, or

  • Candidates with experience from other domains

  • Salary: ₹15,000 per month

  • Eligibility: Experience in Collections / Sales / Customer Support

  • Salary: ₹16,000 per month

  6. ELI Normal Desk – Sales

  • Language Required:

  • Kannada – 5

  • Qualification: PUC

  • Eligibility: DRA Certified Candidates

  • Salary: ₹16,000 per month

• Good communication in the required regional language is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with customers regarding payments and services.

• Maintain proper call records and update customer information in the system.

• Achieve daily calling and performance targets.

• Communicate with customers professionally and politely.

• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and calling guidelines.

• Handle customer concerns effectively and escalate issues when required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: PUC / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in the required regional language.

• Basic computer and system knowledge is required.

• Candidates with Collections, Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support experience will have an advantage.

• DRA Certified candidates are preferred and may be eligible for a higher salary slab.

• Target-oriented and customer-focused candidates are preferred.
