Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential property buyers, explaining project details, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and basic knowledge of the real estate industry in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Follow-ups

• Call potential customers from provided lead databases, CRM, and marketing campaigns.

• Explain property projects, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.

• Follow up with interested clients to convert them into site visit appointments.

Lead Qualification

• Understand the client’s budget, location preference, and property requirement.

• Identify serious buyers and investors.

• Maintain proper lead status like Hot / Warm / Cold.

Appointment Booking

• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

• Coordinate with the field sales team for appointments.

CRM Management

• Update daily call reports in CRM or Excel sheet.

• Maintain customer database and follow-up records.

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team in closing deals through consistent follow-ups.

• Share project brochures, pricing sheets, and offers with clients on WhatsApp or email.

Customer Relationship

• Build strong relationships with potential buyers.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

Daily Responsibilities

• 80–120 outbound calls per day

• Follow-up calls with previous leads

• Generate qualified leads for property sales

• Fix 5–10 site visit appointments daily

• Maintain daily call report and lead tracking

Required Skills

• Excellent Hindi communication skills (English basic required)

• Strong sales and persuasion skills

• Confidence in handling objections

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Ability to work with sales targets

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Real Estate Sales preferred

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Experience

• 0–1 Years in Telesales / Real Estate / Sales Calling
