Promote and sell Computer, IT Hardware, Networking, Security, Storage and related products.
Make cold calls and existing customer calls to generate new business opportunities.
Contact potential customers, companies, dealers, system integrators, and corporate clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, customer inquiries, and product-related queries.
Generate leads through telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, online databases, and other sources.
Follow up regularly with existing and prospective customers for quotations, orders, and payments.

Daily outbound/cold calls

Qualification & Skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Good knowledge of Computer & Internet operations.
Must have working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools for day-to-day office and sales work.
Good communication and telephone conversation skills.
Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, online search, and data entry.
