📞Telecaller – Job Description

Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Department: Sales

Location: Engineer's Colony, 8/195, Bypass Rd, opp. Omaxe SRK Mall, Khandari, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282005

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Performance-based bonus available

🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and support customers by providing accurate information about products/services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
Follow communication scripts while adapting to customer needs

Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales.

🔹 Required Skills

Good communication skills (verbal & listening)
Confidence – talk on calls without hesitation
Convincing ability – explain and make the customer interested
