Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about company products and services to potential clients.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and client details in the system.
Assist the sales/marketing team in scheduling meetings and following up with clients.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients.

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge is a must.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity.
No target-based pressure – fixed salary role.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
