We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team . The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹11000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up on all leads provided by the company from various platforms (IndiaMART, GeM, website, campaigns, etc.).
Explain and promote products/services clearly to potential customers over phone calls.
Identify customer requirements and generate new business opportunities through effective conversations.
Regularly follow up with prospects to convert leads into orders and close deals smoothly.
Maintain proper records of calls, discussions, and lead status in CRM or tracking systems.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
