We are hiring Inside Tele-Sales Executives who are confident, energetic and result-oriented. The candidate will interact with customers, understand their requirements and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with prospective customers

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions

• Convert leads into confirmed sales

• Handle customer objections and close deals

• Maintain proper sales records

• Work with the team to achieve sales targets

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented personality

• Basic computer knowledge

• Quick learner and team player

Eligibility

• Education: 10th pass (SSC) or above

• Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply

Salary

• Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Experienced: ₹14,000 – ₹23,000 per month
