Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to support our outreach and fundraising efforts. The role involves contacting potential donors, spreading awareness about our initiatives, and encouraging contributions to support our cause.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters.
Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing campaigns, and impact clearly.
Encourage donations and support through persuasive communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls and donor information.
Follow up with existing donors for repeat contributions or updates.
Handle donor queries politely and professionally.
Meet daily/weekly call and fundraising targets.
Collaborate with the fundraising and marketing teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
