Job Title: Telecaller

Location: A-100 sector 4 Noida (Nearest Metro Station 16 )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Telecaller to support our fundraising and outreach efforts. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential donors, spreading awareness about our cause, and encouraging contributions to support our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters

• Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing campaigns, and impact

• Encourage donations and maintain donor relationships

• Follow up with existing donors for repeat contributions

• Maintain accurate records of calls and donor interactions

• Handle queries and provide relevant information professionally

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets

• Coordinate with the fundraising and marketing teams

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, or sales is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional language]

• Ability to convince and build rapport with donors

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)

• Positive attitude and passion for social impact
