Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

• Provide information about products and services.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

• Follow up with interested prospects to convert into sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.

• Coordinate with the sales team for closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and pressure.

• Positive attitude and convincing skills.

• Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
