We're looking for a confident Relationship Officer who can understand a client's financial needs and match them with the right loan, insurance or investment product — while consistently hitting sales targets and keeping customer trust front and centre. You'll be a client's go-to person for their financial decisions, be a trusted advisor to clients throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities



Client Acquisition & Onboarding: identify potential clients, make outbound calls, and manage the onboarding process.



Relationship Management: engage regularly with clients to understand their goals and proactively offer suitable solutions.



Needs Analysis: assess each client's situation and tailor loan, insurance or mutual fund recommendations accordingly.



Cross-Selling & Upselling: spot opportunities to introduce existing clients to additional relevant products.



Sales Target Achievement: consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly targets for new business and revenue.



Client Retention: actively manage relationships to minimise attrition and build long-term loyalty.



Customer Service: respond promptly to client queries and resolve issues with care and honesty.



Compliance: follow KYC norms and all Company policies on documentation and disclosure without shortcuts.



Market Knowledge: stay current on product changes, rates and market trends to advise clients accurately.



Record-Keeping: maintain accurate customer records and follow-up status in the CRM/MIS at all times
