Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the company's database.

- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

- Explain property details and generate interest in available projects.

- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.

- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Comfortable working from the office.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

- Strong convincing and listening skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Basic computer knowledge.
