Job Title: Telecaller Intern

Location: Noida /On-site
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: 10,000-12,000/Month

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Intern to support our sales/customer outreach efforts. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in communication, sales, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients using provided data

• Explain products/services clearly and professionally

• Handle customer queries and provide basic information

• Maintain call records and update customer details accurately

• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments when required

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets

• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills in English

• Basic understanding of sales or customer service (preferred)

• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality

• Ability to handle rejection positively

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)

• Willingness to learn and adapt
