Job Description: Telecaller (Real Estate Sales)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and Confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining property details, generating leads, and booking site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain project details, pricing, and location benefits to interested customers.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
Follow up with customers for feedback and conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits.
Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
Requirements
Fresher to 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience (real estate preferred).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to handle customer objections and convince effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.).
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
