We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Role
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain travel packages, tours & holiday offers
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
Handle customer enquiries over phone/WhatsApp
Maintain regular follow-ups and lead records
Support the sales & marketing team in converting enquiries into bookings
Who Can Apply?
Good communication skills
Confident and polite on phone calls
Basic knowledge of Hindi & English preferred
Freshers can apply
Previous telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage
Candidates interested in Travel & Tourism Sales are preferred
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1.5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
