Job Title: Calling Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Department: Sales / Telecalling

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads regarding loan products and services.

• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan options.

• Generate and qualify leads through regular calling and follow-ups.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.

• Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the sales/loan processing team.

• Assist customers throughout the initial loan enquiry process.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Provide regular daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with customers until the lead is successfully converted or closed.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling/sales experience preferred.

• Experience in loan, banking, finance, DSA, NBFC, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.

• Ability to work in a team and handle regular follow-ups.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + performance-based incentives
