Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Pre-Sales Executives/Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

• Update CRM or internal databases with relevant information.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
