Job Title - Sales Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive (BPO)

Salary Range:- From 12k To 30k In Hand

Proffered Language :- Marathi / Hindi / Telgu / Tamil / Malayalam / Odia

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining products or services, generating sales leads, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products, services, and promotional offers clearly.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and company policies.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-focused approach with good listening skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, BPO, or customer service is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Work from office.

• Rotational shifts or day shifts, depending on business requirements.
