Job Overview
We are seeking confident and customer-friendly Telecaller / CRM Executives for our Real Estate office. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, sharing property information, managing CRM data, and coordinating site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client calls
Explain property details clearly and professionally
Follow up with interested leads
Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
Track leads and customer interactions
Coordinate and schedule site visits
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Pleasant voice with a customer-focused approach
Weekly Off
Fixed Off: Tuesday
If required to work on Tuesday due to business needs, a compensatory leave will be provided on another working day in the same week or as mutually decided with management.
Incentive Structure
Telecaller Incentive
5% of total net profit on each closed deal
If more than 5 deals are closed in a month:
10% incentive will be applicable on all deals
Example:
If 6 deals are closed, all 6 will receive 10% incentive.
Office Coordinator Incentive
1% per deal
Can increase up to 2% based on performance, consistency, and contribution
Additional Notes
Incentives are calculated on a net profit basis
Management reserves the right to revise the incentive structure based on company performance
Discipline, punctuality, and target achievement are mandatory for incentive eligibility
