Job Description:

Lightyear Networks Private Limited is looking for female Telecallers with prior experience in ISP services and telecalling. The candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills to generate leads and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explain ISP plans, offers, and services clearly

• Handle customer queries and objections confidently

• Convert leads into successful sales

• Maintain call records and follow-up details

• Achieve daily and monthly calling & sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling (ISP experience preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work independently (for WFH role)

• Target-oriented and self-motivated
