🧩 Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients for real estate projects
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed property information
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
🎯 Key Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred)
Confident and persuasive speaking skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
