We are hiring candidates for an Inbound Voice Process (IRO) role. The selected candidates will handle incoming customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.
Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude.
Ensure a high standard of customer service.
Follow company procedures and quality guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: HSC / 12th pass or any graduate.
Age Limit: 18–32 years.
Communication: Fluent English communication skills (minimum 8/10), along with good spoken and written Hindi and Marathi.
Well-groomed personality with a positive attitude.
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Shift Timings
Female candidates: Between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Male candidates: 24×7 rotational shifts.
