Role Overview We are seeking a highly communicative and proactive Telecaller Only Female to join our real estate team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers and investors. Your main objective will be to engage with clients, understand their property needs, and provide them with accurate project information while ensuring the internal team is consistently updated on lead progress.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in our real estate projects.
Property Consultation: Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information and updates regarding available properties, pricing, amenities, and site visit schedules.
Lead Management: Accurately record all client conversations, feedback, and requirements into the CRM or internal tracking system.
Team Coordination: Provide timely updates to the sales and management teams regarding warm leads, client interests, and follow-up requirements.
Relationship Building: Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful demeanor to build trust and ensure a positive experience for every client.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is a bonus).
Strong persuasive skills with the ability to clearly explain property details.
Basic computer literacy for updating lead sheets and managing data.
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or real estate sales is highly preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
