Job Title: Telecaller / HR Recruiter (Immediate Hiring)

Job Type: Full-Time / Freelance

Job Description:
We are urgently hiring Telecallers / HR Recruiters with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and screen candidates who are actively looking for jobs
Conduct the first round of interviews over the phone
Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the client company
Maintain candidate records and follow-ups

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Basic understanding of recruitment/interview process
Good interpersonal and convincing skills
Ability to handle multiple candidates daily

Compensation:

₹1500 per successful candidate (after payment received from client)
Performance-based earning opportunity
