Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, often in both English and regional languages.
Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to convince customers and handle objections regarding interest rates or fees.
Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of banking products and personal loan processes.
Education & Experience: Typically a 12th passed from any stream, with prior experience in tele-sales or banking preferred.
