Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.
Generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain daily calling and lead records.
Achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
🎯 Skills Required
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of financial products will be an advantage.
