Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate qualified leads and convert prospects into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and marketing leads.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.

• Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and maximize conversions.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM on a daily basis.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide detailed project information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Good knowledge of telesales processes and customer handling.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and appointment scheduling.
