Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to connect with prospective buyers/investors, understand their property requirements, explain available real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the assigned lead database.

• Explain real estate projects, including location, property type, size, pricing, amenities, connectivity, payment plans, and investment opportunities.

• Understand customers' budget, preferred location, property requirements, and investment objectives.

• Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.

• Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain proper lead records.

• Schedule site visits, property presentations, and meetings for qualified prospects.

• Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for further lead conversion.

• Handle customer queries and basic objections professionally.

• Share project details, brochures, location information, and other relevant material through WhatsApp/email.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, customer requirements, and site visits.

• Reconnect with old, inactive, and previously interested leads to generate new opportunities.

• Achieve assigned daily calling, lead-generation, follow-up, and site-visit targets.

• Provide regular reports to the reporting manager regarding calling performance and lead status.

• Maintain professional communication and build a positive relationship with prospective customers.

• Stay updated about the company's ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Fluent in Hindi and English.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Good understanding of lead follow-up and customer handling.

• Ability to identify genuine and qualified property prospects.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining lead records.

• Ability to handle customer objections and convert interest into site visits.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
