Telecaller – Real Estate
Company: Divine Bricks
Location: Noida, Sector 148
Experience: 1–4 years in real estate preferred
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to potential clients.
Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in real estate telecalling preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Hindi and basic English communication required.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
