Job Title: Telecaller - Travel & Tourism

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our travel and tourism company COUNTRY HOLIDAYS TRAVEL INDIA PVT LTD. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, explaining travel packages, handling inquiries, and converting leads into bookings.

Salary: + Incentives

15K TO 22K + Incetives

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Explain travel packages, holiday deals, and services clearly

• Convince customers and convert inquiries into bookings

• Maintain customer database and follow up regularly

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for bookings

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in telecalling, sales, or travel industry is an advantage

Working Conditions:

• 6 days working

• Day shift
