Key Responsibilities:
The Tele Sales / Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, converting leads into scheduled vehicle demos, and driving sales closures within defined turnaround times. The role demands strong communication skills, customer-centric selling, and disciplined CRM management to support sales funnel efficiency.
• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound customer inquiries.
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and convincingly.
• Provide exceptional customer experience during all tele-sales interactions to build trust and engagement.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mobility solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled vehicle demos within defined timelines.
• Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with ground/demo teams to ensure smooth execution of scheduled demos.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Sales Funnel & TAT Management
• Maintain and improve sales funnel efficiency by adhering to the standard Turnaround Time (TAT) of 60 minutes for lead follow-ups.
• Ensure timely contact with new and existing leads to maximize conversion probability. System & Reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, demo, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Record all call outcomes, follow-ups, and closures in a timely manner.
• Share regular reports and insights on lead status, conversions, and customer feedback.
• Follow approved sales scripts, processes, and company policies.
• Ensure ethical selling practices and professional communication at all times.
• Adhere to data privacy and information security guidelines. Performance & Team Coordination
• Participate in sales reviews, performance discussions, and training sessions.
• Coordinate with fleet, operations, and field teams to ensure demo vehicle availability.
• Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and market insights.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
