Telecaller – 2-Wheeler Dealership

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our 2-wheeler dealership. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, generating and following up on leads, promoting available 2-wheeler models and offers, and scheduling showroom visits and test rides.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from dealership leads.

• Follow up with customers who have shown interest in purchasing a 2-wheeler.

• Explain vehicle models, features, pricing, offers, finance options, and exchange schemes.

• Generate interest and encourage customers to visit the showroom.

• Schedule test rides and showroom appointments.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers until conversion.

• Update customer information, call status, and follow-up details in the CRM/DMS.

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide basic information about products and dealership services.

• Identify customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the Sales Executive.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer appointments and follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

• Maintain professional communication and build good relationships with customers.

• Collect customer feedback and update the team regarding customer requirements and concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum graduation.

• Freshers can apply.

• Previous experience in telecalling, automobile sales, customer service, or telesales will be an advantage.

• Excellent Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.

• Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and doing regular follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and CRM software.

• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
