Position: Telecaller / Telesales Executive
Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be comfortable handling customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

• Explain products/services clearly and professionally to customers.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling.

• Good English communication skills are mandatory.

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in telesales or telecalling will be preferred.
