Job Description – Teleperformance (Sitapura, Jaipur) | International Customer Service Associate

Role: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Eligibility

Undergraduate (UG) / 12th Pass candidates can apply.

Freshers are welcome.

Good English communication skills required.

Age: Up to 35 years.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹29,000 per month.

Free travel ticket provided for relocation.

10 days free guest house accommodation.

₹10,000 relocation bonus after 90 days of joining.

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies and quality standards.

Update customer information in the system.
