Balaji Production is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for connecting with aspiring models and actors, sharing information about upcoming projects, and coordinating with interested candidates for auditions, brand shoots, and media projects.

This role is ideal for freshers who have good communication skills and want to work in the media and entertainment industry.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to models and aspiring actors.

• Provide information about auditions, brand shoots, magazine shoots, TV ads, web series, and music albums.

• Handle inquiries from interested candidates professionally.

• Maintain proper records of leads and candidate details.

• Follow up with candidates for auditions and project updates.

• Coordinate with the internal team for candidate scheduling.

• Freshers and experienced both can apply

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th / 12th / Graduate

• Good communication skills (Hindi / basic English)

• Confident speaking and positive attitude

• Basic knowledge of phone handling and calling

• Ability to work in a 6-day working environment
