Telecaller

🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tele caller with 1–3 years of experience in outbound/inbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential customers, handling client queries, and achieving sales targets.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales

• Follow up with existing and new customers regularly

• Maintain and update customer database in CRM

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & sales targets

• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information

• Coordinate with the sales team for closures

• Prepare daily call reports and performance reports

✅ Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM software

• Ability to handle objections and customer queries

• Good listening skills

🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)

• 1–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support

💼 Preferred Industry Experience:

• Real Estate / EdTech / Insurance / Banking / Digital Marketing / BPO (Preferred but not mandatory)
