Job Title: Telecaller – Healthcare (Inbound & Outbound)
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Telecaller to handle both inbound and outbound calls in the healthcare sector. The candidate will assist patients, provide information about healthcare services, and ensure a smooth communication experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Process:
Handle incoming calls from patients and clients
Provide accurate information about healthcare services, appointments, and procedures
Address patient queries and resolve concerns professionally
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
Outbound Process:
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and feedback
Inform patients about new services, health packages, or campaigns
Generate leads and maintain patient engagement
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and patience
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Prior telecalling or healthcare experience is a plus
