Job Title: Telecaller – Healthcare (Inbound & Outbound)
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Location: Gurugram, Sector 49
Experience: 6 Months –2 years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Telecaller to handle both inbound and outbound calls in the healthcare sector. The candidate will assist patients, provide information about healthcare services, and ensure a smooth communication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Process:

• Handle incoming calls from patients and clients

• Provide accurate information about healthcare services, appointments, and procedures

• Address patient queries and resolve concerns professionally

• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments

Outbound Process:

• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and feedback

• Inform patients about new services, health packages, or campaigns

• Generate leads and maintain patient engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and patience

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Prior telecalling or healthcare experience is a plus
