Job Description: Telecaller - Ayurveda Medicine Sales

Location: Office no B04 Building no A43 A Block Sector 63 Noida near by tata motors

Department: Sales - Ayurveda Products

Experience: 0-2 Years | Freshers welcome

Shift: Day Shift

Role & Responsibilities

- Cold Calling: Call existing and new customers to explain about Ayurvedic medicines

- Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads per day

- Product Selling: Consult customers over the phone and close medicine sales

- Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to improve conversions

- Data Entry: Update call details, lead status, and sales in CRM

- Customer Support: Answer customer queries about product benefits, dosage, and usage

Salary & Incentive Structure

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

- Incentive: You can earn per day incentive or monthly incentive

- Performance bonus + Growth opportunities also available

Required Skills

- Hindi or English

- Telecalling / Sales experience preferred. Training will be provided to freshers

- Target-driven and confident personality

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge

- Good persuasion and customer handling skills

Qualifications

- 12th Pass or Graduate

- Both Male and Female candidates can apply
