We are looking for a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team at Jeevan Dhara Ayurveda. The role involves calling customers, explaining our Ayurvedic products, understanding customer requirements, following up with interested customers, and generating sales through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customers ko outbound calls karna aur Ayurvedic products ke baare mein information dena.

• Customer ki requirement aur queries ko samajhna.

• Product ke benefits aur usage ko company-approved information ke according explain karna.

• Interested customers ka regular follow-up karna.

• Customer details aur call records ko accurately maintain karna.

• Orders generate karna aur sales targets achieve karna.

• Customers ke saath polite aur professional communication maintain karna.

• Daily calling aur sales report team leader ko submit karna.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Hindi mein fluent communication; basic English preferred.

• Telecalling/Sales experience preferred, freshers can also apply.

• Customer handling aur convincing skills.

• Target-oriented attitude.

Salary: ₹_13000____ – ₹_19000____ per month In-Hand + Incentives
